About, Scott M. Harris.

In 2001, Scott received his J.D., with a Certificate of Specialization in Real Estate Law, and a Master’s in Business Administration, from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. Prior to law school, Scott was awarded his B.A. in Physical Science from California State University, Hayward (2001) and a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Chico (1993).

Real Estate- Scott has extensive experience in real estate, landlord-tenant, and post-foreclosure litigation. Scott has handled thousands of residential, commercial, and post-foreclosure unlawful detainer actions for institutions, owners, and management companies.

Over the last 15 years, Scott has expanded his practice to include Estate Planning and Personal Injury. 

Estate Planning- Scott is adamant that everyone needs an Estate Plan. Estate Plans are essential in many respects, of which include 1) passing your assets to individuals of your choosing, 2) protecting your assets from unnecessary tax liability 3) protecting your family from family strife and unnecessary legal battles 4) protecting your assets from creditors 5) avoiding probate, and most importantly 6) providing you with PEACE OF MIND.

Personal Injury- Personal injury is another passion of Scott’s. People are injured or killed every day from the negligence of another.
